If you want a brand new home without the hassle. That’s why a design approved house and land package is for you.
It’s easy to spend a lot of time dreaming about your ideal home, whether it will have a pool, a one-story or two-story, perhaps a Hamptons facade and perfect indoor-outdoor harmony. But few of us think about the important steps to bring that design to life.
When building a new home, people often don’t realize that council approval is still needed before construction begins. It’s a process that can add weeks to your new home plans.
Stockland, a leading real estate developer, is looking to solve those problems and speed up the process with a design-approved house and land package.
The “Design Approved” package is an option where the home has been approved by the council. In North West Sydney, Stockland has partnered with leading NSW homebuilders to create design approved house and land packages in the premium masterplanned community, Box Hill.
“This is a house and land package that combines the perfect home with the perfect block of land,” explains Mike Milligan, Stockland Project Director, Residential Developments NSW.
“Every home comes with a building approval permit, buyers do not have to go through the approval process to build their new home.”
Angus Moore, economist at realestate.com.au, says the benefit of choosing a house and land package that has design approval speeds up the process, while easing a lot of stress for buyers.
“Anything you can do to expedite the approval and construction process is valuable,” Moore explains. “Getting approved and ready to go will likely reduce delays.”
