The Bradfield city center development plan will focus on the three elements of culture, creativity and innovation.
Bradfield applies green design and smart technology with 80% green area on the roof or a bio-solar system to solve the urban heat problem. Additionally, contributes to optimizing energy efficiency and temperature control.

The project received a $1 billion investment from the NSW Government and is expected to attract billions of dollars in private investment. Currently, the process of clearing the 4.8 hectare land plot (Superlot) is ongoing. This area will be where commercial areas will be built, including schools.
The expression of interest (EOI) system for Superlot has received attention not only domestically and internationally. Selected EOIs will be invited to bid to develop this Superlot with the Development Authority.
The appointment of the Bradfield Development Authority’s first private development partner will take place in 2025.
